About
OctoFlow is developed and operated by mousepotato. By downloading or using OctoFlow you agree to these terms.
License
OctoFlow is commercial software. You may use it under one of two tiers:
- Free Trial — includes 250 AI actions at no cost.
- Full License — one-time purchase, unlocks unlimited AI actions. Valid for all v1.x releases.
Your license is personal and non-transferable. You may install OctoFlow on any Mac you personally own or control. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the software or your license key.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and remits applicable taxes. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Contact [email protected] with your order details and a refund will be processed promptly.
Updates
Full License holders receive all v1.x updates at no additional cost. Future major versions (v2.0+) may be offered as a separate purchase.
Acceptable use
You may not use OctoFlow to violate any applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or generate harmful content. We reserve the right to revoke licenses used in violation of these terms.
Disclaimer
OctoFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, mousepotato is not liable for any damages arising from use of the software.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OctoFlow after changes constitutes acceptance.
